Walk in during office hours, sit down, and get your question answered in Bangla. No appointment, no charge.

Sometimes you do not need to start a whole application. You just need someone to read a letter and tell you what it means. Whether you are wondering which form fits your situation, what papers you need to gather, or how a process works, just come in and ask.

Visit our Detroit office during business hours. We will sit down with you, listen to your situation, and explain your options in Bangla, Sylheti or English. If we cannot help, we will say so and tell you who can.

## Who this is for

- Read and translate the notices and letters that arrive in your mail
- Explain what an immigration petition, a tax return, or a benefit application involves
- Work out exactly which papers you need before you start anything
- Tell you when you need a licensed attorney or a government office, and point you to the right one

## Questions

**Do I need an appointment to ask a question?**

No. Walk into our Detroit office during business hours. If you would rather book a time, call us or message us on WhatsApp and we will set one up.

**Is there a charge for asking a simple question?**

No. Asking a question and your first consultation are free. If you then want us to do the work, we tell you our fee, and any government fee, before we start.

**Can I bring a letter I do not understand?**

Please do. Bring the whole envelope if you can. Many letters from USCIS, the IRS or MDHHS have a deadline printed on them, so the sooner you bring it, the more we can do.
